Liability Waiver and Release

By enrolling my child in the Collective Connection Summer Camp, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in camp activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, social interaction, and emotional engagement. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation.

I hereby release and hold harmless Collective Connection, its founders, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates, as well as Oswego Heritage House, its owners, employees, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my child's participation in the camp. This includes, but is not limited to, injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform camp staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special considerations regarding my child. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Collective Connection staff to seek medical treatment for my child if necessary.

By enrolling my child in a class or summer camp, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms.
