No more whispers. No more confusion. It’s time to normalize the conversation about periods! This is the place to empower young girls by educating them about their changing bodies in a way that makes a very important (very normal) topic less taboo.
In this class, we’ll:

It's a Safe Space - Ask any and all questions.
Leave Prepared - We will send them home with a specially curated bag for their backpack or locker — because being prepared is empowering!
This is not just about the science of periods. It’s about confidence, self-care, and knowing that they’re never alone in this journey. We want to help girls feel prepared - not panicked - when it’s that time of the month. This is real. This is common to ALL women. And this is okay to talk about.
*We do not cover the process of reproduction. Once you are enrolled in the class, the curriculum can be shared upon request. It has been reviewed and approved by a licensed doctor.
